Appointments: Confirm 24 hours prior – we will contact you where possible. A deposit of 25% will be required for bookings over 2 hrs.

Cancellations: We appreciate that at times things beyond your control may happen. When 24 hours notice is given, thus allowing us to re-book, there will be no fee charged. When no notice is given 50% of treatment will be charged to your credit card. Gift vouchers will be reduced to 50% of their value.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment so that you can relax & enjoy a refreshing drink during your personal consultation. Please understand if you arrive late unfortunately we will have to reduce your treatment accordingly.

Your Comfort: Your therapist will help and advise you what to wear. A gown, slippers and disposable underwear will be supplied. You may also wear your own underwear or bathers if you are more comfortable.

Etiquette: Please turn off your mobile phone so as to maintain our relaxing environment. Children under the age of 15 years old will need to be supervised by an adult.

Your Health: Please notify your therapist of any health issues eg. pregnancy, allergies etc.
